- Head to the official ChopWin SL website
- Click the Log In button on the homepage
- Enter your Sierra Leone phone number (+232)
- Type in your password
- Hit Log In and you’re back in
Login Problems? Here’s How to Fix Them!
Wrong password
Double-check you’re entering the right password — it’s case-sensitive. If you’ve forgotten it, hit Forgot Password on the login page to reset it via your phone number.
Phone number not recognized
Make sure you’re using the correct +232 format. If the number still isn’t working, you may not have a registered account yet — click Join Now to sign up.
Page not loading
Refresh your browser or switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Clearing your browser cache usually sorts this out fast.
Account locked
Too many failed login attempts can temporarily lock your account. Wait a few minutes before trying again or contact support at hello@chopwin.sl for help.
Forgot password
Hit the Forgot Password? link on the login page, enter your registered phone number, and follow the steps to set a new password.
