These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ChopWin platform and all related services available in Sierra Leone. By registering an account or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
ChopWin reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
To register and use ChopWin, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of or physically located in Sierra Leone at the time of use
- Not be subject to any self-exclusion or exclusion order
- Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of ChopWin or any associated company
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
We reserve the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of these requirements will be suspended and any winnings may be voided.
3. Account Registration
When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. ChopWin will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@chopwin.sl if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Identity Verification (KYC)
ChopWin is required by law to verify the identity of all registered players. You may be asked to provide:
- A valid national ID card or passport
- Proof of address (e.g. a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
- Proof of payment method ownership
- Source of funds documentation where required
We reserve the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals, or full account access until verification is complete. Providing false or misleading documents is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Deposits
Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. We accept approved payment methods including mobile money services available in Sierra Leone. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
5.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. Before any withdrawal is approved, your account must be fully verified. We reserve the right to carry out additional checks on withdrawal requests in line with our AML obligations.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in your account area. ChopWin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
5.3 Inactive Account Fees
If your account remains inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months, an inactivity fee may be deducted from your balance on a monthly basis. You will be notified before any fee is applied.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by ChopWin are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. General bonus conditions include:
- Bonuses are only available to eligible, verified accounts
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, or IP address unless stated otherwise
- Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn
- ChopWin reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time
- Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated
Attempting to abuse bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
7. Betting & Gaming Rules
7.1 General Rules
All bets are placed at your own risk. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless ChopWin determines that an error has occurred. ChopWin reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by technical errors, data feed failures, or manifest pricing mistakes.
7.2 Maximum Winnings
Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting section and may be updated from time to time.
7.3 Suspicious Activity
ChopWin reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where there is evidence of match fixing, use of automated software (bots), arbitrage betting strategies, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of our platform.
8. Responsible Gambling
ChopWin is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer the following tools to help you stay in control:
- Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit
- Loss limits — restrict how much you can lose over a given period
- Session time limits — set reminders or hard limits on how long you play
- Reality checks — receive periodic notifications about your session duration
- Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform
To activate any of these tools, visit your account settings or contact support@chopwin.sl. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to seek help from a qualified support organisation.
9. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ChopWin platform:
- Registering more than one account
- Providing false or misleading personal information
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
- Exploiting technical errors or software bugs for financial gain
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening ChopWin staff or other users
- Sharing your account with or playing on behalf of another person
Breach of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the ChopWin platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, text, and game content — is the property of ChopWin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChopWin shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or winnings arising from platform downtime or technical errors
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms
- Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers or network outages
Our total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount held in your account at the time the claim arises.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sierra Leone. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance at support@chopwin.sl. We will make every effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
If a resolution cannot be reached through our internal process, the dispute may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority in Sierra Leone.
13. Termination
ChopWin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms
- We are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority
- We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account
Upon termination, any pending withdrawals of legitimately earned funds will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures, subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigations.
